Senior Receptionist
Experience: 2-3 years in similar roles.
Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory); knowledge of a third language is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and agility with management software (PMS/CRM).
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, excellent organization, and total discretion with sensitive data.
Education: Technical course or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Secretarial studies.
Availability: Flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
